The evidence is abundant that Christian children cannot continue to thrive within the government school system as they have done in years past. As historical justification for the withdrawing of our children from government schools, the original Exodus itself is a prime example.

The children of Israel spent 400 years in Egypt exiled from the Promised Land. It was always to have been a temporary arrangement. While allowed in God's providence, it was not God's long-term blueprint for them.

Just as the conditions in Egypt drastically changed and turned against the people of God when Pharaoh arose "who did not know Joseph" (Exodus 1:8), so the current government system has radically turned against Christian children, their beliefs and even against Christian teachers.

This has been true for decades, but now with the adoption of the Common Core, CRT, LGBT curriculum and the socialist agenda of many governmental entities, such indoctrination and coercion have accelerated more rapidly than ever.

Now is the time for Christians to seriously consider withdrawing from public education! Provide your children with Christian education or home schooling. Here are some great resources and organizations to help you get started:

Their site features a guide to homeschool laws for every state and territory of the United States, as well as links to local and state homeschool organizations, educational material resources and much, much more!

By far one of the best curricula for a Christian homeschooling family! Teach your children to learn for themselves and acquire superior knowledge just like many of America's most outstanding citizens in the days before socialism in education. (One word of caution: don't use this curriculum unless you are willing for your children be more academically learned than you are!).

 

- Khan Academy

Free online curriculum for grades K-12. Great math /computer science / chemistry / economics currriculum; however, some of the other subjects in the curriculum are secular, i.e., classes dealing with the formation of the world and several other science classes are taught from a position based on the theory of evolution rather than the Biblical position of creationism, some of the history classes are decidedly written from a "progressive" perspective, etc. (With the exception of those subjects mentioned at the beginning, I recommend that you definitely use the Robinson Curriculum!)

An outstanding website that teaches science from a Biblical, creationist perspective. A plethora of information that supports and offers powerful, compelling evidence that GOD is the Creator of us and of the world in which we live!

 

- Ron Paul Curriculum

Ron Paul, the former U.S. Representative for Texas, created the Ron Paul Curriculum within days of retiring. The Ron Paul Curriculum is self-taught online program with video lectures, readings, and regular writing assignments. The curriculum was designed to transform your students into critical thinkers, analytical writers, proficient note takers, and most important of all, life-long learners.

The curriculum has no agenda and is purposefully not "accredited" by any state. Ron Paul has always been, proudly, extremely anti-Common Core.

The curriculum's philosophy is very libertarian. If you are at all familiar with Ron Paul, you won't be surprised to learn that students are also given the chance to learn about the U.S. Constitution, the principles of liberty, sound economics, personal finances & home business, public speaking, and much more.
