Church of New Life in Christ Helping People Find Their Way Back to God

   Welcome!

We see it every day - people who came to the Throne of Grace full of doubt and uncertainty, but left fully secure in the knowledge of their rightful place in God's great Kingdom.

The change may start slowly. It could be during a Bible Study, an online discussion, via prayer requests...but once it begins, it picks up speed. The good works, shared experiences, time spent in prayer – all of these things bring us closer to our highest calling: to be faithful servants of the Lord Jesus Christ, to share the Good News of a New Life in Christ with a lost and hurting world and to labor diligently for the Kingdom of Heaven and the glory of God.

So welcome! Take the first step toward personal renewal! Read our daily writings and devotionals filled with messages of inspiration and hope designed to help you to grow stronger in your faith and to walk closer with Jesus Christ every day and in every way!

"As Christians, we are all called to the ministry: to reach out to all of God's children, to go forth daily and boldy proclaim the message of a New Life in Christ to a lost and hurting world"

- Pastor Glenn Hunt, Church of New Life in Christ

Pastor Glenn Hunt was born in Ada, Oklahoma. He was raised during his early years by his maternal grandparents - poor, God-fearing Southern farmers who had raised 12 children during the Great Depression. As Pastor likes to say "They were materially poor, but they were spiritually rich beyond your imagination". Pastor credits his grandmother's love, perseverance, prayers, patience - and tears - for planting the seeds of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in his heart that are responsible for making him the man of God that he is today.

After graduating from high school, Pastor enlisted in the U.S. Army, where he served as a linguist, a radio operator, intelligence analyst, aerial imagery analyst, a supervisor of training and operations, a paratrooper and a Human Relations Instructor. His military duties and travels as a civilian and as a pastor have allowed him to travel to 48 of the 50 American states, and to every continent with the exception of Antarctica.

As a result of his language training, Pastor speaks Spanish fluently and has a basic working knowledge of German and Korean.

After leaving the military, Pastor worked in various capacities as an administrator, operations director, a legal professional, and taught English for 2 years in Mexico before answering the call as a full-time minister. His dedication and zeal in sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ is, in his words "at the center of who I am, what I am, and all that I am".

On 11 October 2016, Pastor Hunt, led by the Spirit of God, organized the Church of New Life in Christ / Iglesia Nueva Vida en Cristo.  It is the vision of this ministry that, if the Lord wills it, this website will ultimately include such features as a blog, a podcast of sermons and devotionals, an online radio station, Christian videos for all ages, a children's Bible curriculum and a K-12 homeschool where parents can provide their children with a solid faith-based curriculum uncompromised and untainted by the secular poison of the world.

If you feel that the endeavors of this ministry would be of benefit to yourself or your loved ones, we invite you to please consider partnering with us through your faithful prayers and support.

Thank you and may God bless you!

"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?...Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord".  (Romans 8:35, 37-39).
